We render services to a wide range of people:
Customers: These are people patronizing the providers for their services and products. They can make their shopping or service orders in two ways:
- Browse existing list of products and services to select and make an order
- Create a bounty with description of what they need and wait for the hunters to pick and provide them.
Bounty Hunters (The Linkers): When a customer creates a shopping/errand bounty, these set of people compete to apply for these bounties and fulfil them as due for the assigned price. These hunters could be anyone running an earning account with the platform (Service providers, merchants and renters)
Service Providers: These are contractors providing services on request. They include but not limited to the following:
- Pick-up and delivery
- Carpentry
- Mechanical
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Gardening
- Technicians etc.
Product Merchants: These are traders selling products. Could be local sales or international. Logistics will be assigned to the top bidding/available delivery service on the platform. If a delivery service outside the platform is used, the trader will be responsible for covering the delivery cost.
Property renters: There are individuals, organizations and communities who are renting out properties for a specific period of time (hours, days, weeks etc.) Properties include but not limited to the following:
- Boats
- Cars
- Farm land
- Farm machineries
- Computer and accessories
- Apartments etc.
